Introduction
The Philcom club is a transformative initiative committed to integrating philanthropy within educational institutions across Uganda. By fostering collaboration among students, educators, alumni, policymakers, and philanthropic organizations, we aim to mobilize resources, enhance sustainability, and drive meaningful community impact.
Our mission is to establish academic institutions as hubs of philanthropic excellence, empowering students and educators while strengthening communities through strategic giving, capacity building, and advocacy.

The Reference Group serves as a catalyst for philanthropy in education, providing guidance, resources, and advocacy to integrate structured giving and impact-driven initiatives within academic settings. Our key functions include:
